Erica brings more than 20 years of nursing and healthcare management experience, including respiratory medicine, lung cancer specialist nursing, intensive care, cardiac intensive care, cardiac catheter laboratory management, and cardiology department management.
She offers English-speaking support to older adults, retirees, expatriates, families of elderly residents, and individuals requiring support navigating healthcare and social care services who require practical guidance, advocacy, and assistance navigating healthcare and social care systems. Confidentiality and discretion is assured.
